Peter is a Canadian-born geologist who decided at an early age that he didn't want to study rocks anymore. Taking his trusty Amiga 500, a wackload of Ram, and an old copy of Lightwave, he discovered 3D modelling. From this discovery, he got his first paying freelance job doing architectual visualizations for the A & W restaurant chain. His first professional job was as a tester at Electronic Arts in Burnaby. This provided the proverbial "foot-in-the-door" that he needed to get into animation and found himself working for the motion capture department on titles such as "NHL '98" and many other sports titles. Leaving Vancouver, he moved to Montreal to develop the real-time motion capture and animation software for Kaydara (now owned by Autodesk) "MotionBuilder" - an industry standard tool. Returning to his true love, production, he moved back to Vancouver to work at Mainframe Entertainment, to help develop the motion capture studio and pipeline for television and film projects. On the tip of a friend, and sense of adventure, he moved to Sweden to work with an old workmate on 2 game titles for Starbreeze Studios and "Just Cause" for Avalanche Studios. It is because of his love for life in Europe, Peter is still here, currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland, working for Rockstar North on the in-game cinematics for "Grand Theft Auto" franchises.
